My favorite part about this site is the emedia. I love the videos they have on it. Searching through, I found several books and educational videos that young students would love and highly benefit from. I am still trying to figure out wimba, but the rest of this site makes perfect sense and offers so many wonderful resources!

Blogging in Teaching

Blogging can be used to keep in touch with parents about day to day activities. You can let families know what is going on in the classroom and how parents can volunteer and help in the classroom. Parents can voice their concerns and you can post appropriate answers. In such a busy world, blogs help rushed parents stay involved.
